REUSE 3.2 compliance

This commit slightly changes the format of copyright headers in files (and adds some where they were missing) to comply with the "REUSE specification version 3.2" (https://reuse.software/). This enables easier distribution/inclusion/attribution of the code, as its license terms are machine-readable.

Validated by executing the "reuse lint" command successfully after changes!
