Cannot perform DTD validation with v.3.1.1.13

Hi @morbac After updating XML Tools to v.3.1.1.13 I've started facing the problem to perform DTD validation. If I call 'Validate now' I get a window to choose a XSD schema every time.

The DTD declared in and worked fine before the update.

The same weird behavior was fixed in the v.3.1.0.1. After rolling back to v.3.1.0.1 the issue's gone.
