Expandable section labels are invisible when using some dark themes

In XMLTools v3.1.1.12, the color of the expandable section labels causes them to be invisible with some themes. This is because the foreground text color for these labels appears to be black and the theme may set the background for the window as black as well.

Using a default foreground text color for these UI elements should fix the issue.
