Conceptional Re-design
Yo, there is something wrong with your symlinks, when you select move to sd card. I had a symlink that pointed to the internal drive, wrong direction!
I fixed it myself, but wanted to let you know that you should test this again, it's easy to create an infinite symlink reference with this tool, you need to check if a symlink is already existent and delete the symlink first to be sure that it was correctly placed.
Hope i could help someone, i don't need the tool anymore as i've understood how to manage everything in one compatdata app, and how to add shortcuts to steam from it.
My rather radical suggestion is, instead of pre-selecting a fixed amount of programs and typing urls, you should simplify the process of universally managing compatdata "profiles", opening .exe/.msi files in them, to install them, and any other things and simplify the steam shortcut process, via a script that gathers all data from the desktop/proton shortcuts that get created anyways.
What do you think?
@color-space I like it, create a pull request! I don't have time to code much these days as I've had a lot of things going on, the deck plugin of nonsteamlaunchers is done and in the testing phase. But sure I would welcome this change.
