[Feature Request] Add UPS and Fedex camera entities for photos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is a feature request and not a problem . Currently UPS, Fedex, and Amazon all provide proof of delivery photos. Only Amazon has a camera entity for these photos.

Describe the solution you'd like Provide a camera entity for UPS and Fedex photos the same as is available for Amazon

I recently received my first photo from UPS, which started nationally (in the US at least) this year I believe. I'm not sure how long Fedex has done photos as I have not received one of those yet.

I don't know about FedEx but UPS is now requiring drivers to take pictures of the delivered packages just like Amazon does. My driver said it is rolling out company wide in stages. In UPS My Choice there is an area specifically for those pictures now. Screenshot from 2023-12-21 13-16-07

Not sure, but I do know they are very small images and are encoded on the page via Base64 and are between 5-6kb. Its like they literally set this up for notifications :)
