Plan for refactoring support

Hi,

Is there a plan somewhere I can follow regarding refactoring support? This is the main blocker for me moving away from IntelliJ. I know it is in your README as "TODO" - I'm just looking for (1) more info, (2) something I can track.

Has there been any work on this? I was looking into it and saw that there are things like meghanada-reference and meghanada-search-everywhere but they don't seem to work for me. I'm not sure if I'm using them wrong, though. Is this just ground work for refactoring features?
