[Feature] Add actions to create a project from scratch?

Would be great to have support for project creation. E.g. support of mvn archetype:generate ... even if it is just for the basic project type: https://maven.apache.org/archetypes/maven-archetype-simple/

Because remembering this command is very painful and would gain of being automatised to make Emacs truely compete with bloated IDE like Eclipse/IDEA.
