When hok hints overlap there is no way to see the one below

If there are two nearby links on a webpage, sometimes hok's hints overlap and if you wanted to type the obscured one you're out of luck. VimFx has a nice solution to this problem: if you press space when the hints are shown, their front-to-back ordering changes, so that you can see the hints underneath. That is implemented in the function rotateOverlappingMarkers in this source file.
