Feature/cached header injection

Pull this down and try http://localhost:8080/help. It will proxy the help page on www.mockaroo.com, remove the header, and inject a cached header that it fetches from /header.json.

When you actually open the menu, some of the styles will be off. That's because of global styles in mockaroo.
