idea: generated account numbers should have a trailing checksum digit

From reading https://www.theguardian.com/money/2019/dec/07/i-lost-my-193000-inheritance-with-one-wrong-digit-on-my-sort-code it seems that account numbers created by us should checksum, so as to be noticed when they're typed incorrectly.
