Unable to answer "When did you receive your ready to order email?" question in the google form

Can the question be updated to specify the required date format or use a date selector? I'm getting this error when I try to confirm my order email date

Hi @DarylJtn I just figured this out by looking at the spreadsheet with answers realising all answers were supplied in epoch which also was expected in the Google Form. So i just went to https://www.epochconverter.com and put in the time of my "order is ready" email.

The Google Form should probably have said that epoch was the expected input, as it is no way clearly explained.
