That could be the case that only a `bundle update` is needed. The tip to explicitly add webrick to the Gemfile was from the GitHub [docs](https://docs.github.com/en/pages/setting-up-a-github-pages-site-with-jekyll/testing-your-github-pages-site-locally-with-jekyll), and it did work...
