The constant map should be stored in the simulation data file and not the scene file

Simulations depend on the initial conditions, the time array, and the value of the constants. These are tied to the outputs, i.e. the trajectories of the shapes on the screen....

Custom camera orientation does not seem to work

If you run the mass_spring_damper example there is a custom camera that used to rotate the scene properly. See the first screenshot in this PR #97. But for some reason...

I'd like this to be similar to the "NumPy for Matlab users" guide. In particular, I want to create this for sharing with Fidelis Eke at UCD to help him...

The scene dialog displays with cells around every line
