ItemMinLvl, CreationTime, ItemLvl

Hi,

Would it be possible to add more information like itemLvl, creationTime and more to the output data?

I take a look at the lua file but couldnt figure where it's done. If you could point me maybe i could do a PR for that.

What is creation time?

Item level is read but ignored here: https://github.com/mooreatv/MoLib/blob/master/MoLibAH.lua#L634
