Profit auto-switch stratum

Hello, i'm looking to create an auto-switch profit pool with stratum. Is there a simple way to say to stratum to change the CENTRAL_WALLET informations live, without restarting it each time ?

I looked at this awhile back, I think it's doable without dumping the users off and restarting stratum, would take a fair amount of work to implement. I don't see myself running a switching pool anytime soon, especially since there is no readily available front end software so no real reason to work on it but I could be bribed and make it happen. :)
