Create list of working Coins / changes for POS coin(s)

Enhancement: Have a list which coins do work with the github repo as-is and which coins require which changes, possibly as table. mostly POS coins will have to have some code changed i think?!

This one will be a community effort. I ask that anyone using this fork to let us know which coins they are using. I will update the readme with them.

So far I know the following work with the master branch:

  • Digitalcoin
  • Litecoin
  • Alphacoin
  • BBQCoin
  • Feathercoin

Some base testing has been done on the PoS branch with the following coins. I will update the readme with them when we have block confirmation.

  • Novacoin
  • Cryptobullion

I believe @obigal did some testing with the following coins. I am not sure of their results.

  • Florincoin
  • Megacoin ( requires submitblock change)

Updated. Also with 1b36fbdf1d25d1c8e0581c46fae48612bacfd52e there is no longer a need to modify the bitcoin_rpc.py to support submitblock
