[NOTE] API "PUT /projects/{project_id}/metadatas/{meta_name}" with wrong parameter definition

The parameter definition of API "PUT /projects/{project_id}/metadatas/{meta_name}" should be like "POST /projects/{project_id}/metadatas" dose, namely

}

by swagger UI now
