Combine similiar messages in console logger

Combine messages that have the exact same text into a single line, and add the number of occurences somewhere.

In the case where the message has been re-printed after another type of message, make them display in chronological order, with the number of occurences correct at the time of printing.

Inspired from Unity/Unreal logging consoles, might want to give them a look.

@Reousa Can I get a better example? I cannot find what you are referring to about combining multiple lines. I tried looking up Unity and Unreal loggers but they did not show that functionality.
