DOCKER_USER=vbulash in .env.example

make demo-install ends with the following error on Mac:

Error response from daemon: error while creating mount source path '/Users/vbulash/PhpstormProjects/moonshine-demo/docker/volumes/Nginx/logs': chown /Users/vbulash/PhpstormProjects/moonshine-demo/docker/volumes/Nginx/logs: permission denied
