Hardware decode blackscreen

Describe the bug Hardware decoding doesn't work on intel i5 560m igpu, works on software

Steps to reproduce launch an app on moonlight and it gives blackscreen (including on desktop-lowres)

Moonlight settings Default, and forced hw decode

Client PC details

• OS: linux mint 21.3 cinnamon
• Moonlight Version: 5.0.1
• GPU: i5 560m igpu
• Linux package type: appimage, flatpak

Server PC details

• OS: linux mint 21.3 cinnamon
• Sunshine version: 0.23.1
• GPU: virtgl
• GPU driver: mesa Gallium driver 23.2.1-1

Additional context Works on other client, the client running on linux with old gpu might be the problem, server running in a vm with virtgl
