New app icon for Android TV

I think the current app icon on Android TV is quite ugly, so I designed two suggestions that you can freely use if you want.

don't know, I like the old one. Your font (letter-to-letter) spacing is way too low.

Also I think you're talking about app banner? Mockups you provided would look better as an (extended) icon like in the header of a website (where you have much more horizontal then vertical space), android TV app banners are 16:9 (and you can use the whole available space) so I think the subtitle is justified.
