moonlight cannot launch with my windows laptop

I tried from 3.x.x to 5.x.x none of them worked. Strange thing is: First time I use portable ver. failed. Then install a packed one, it would pass both portable and installation one. But after I uninstalled the intall ver. and restart, it failed with portable one and how i reinstall the packed one I still cannot run up one of them. my laptop is using Iris Xe Graphics I am a bit concern this is the case. I tried on other laptops and followed the log, it shown the next step after '00:00:00 - SDL Info (0): Loaded 490 new gamepad mappings' is related to graphic setting.

Is there any way I can debug this problem? I can only use this laptop when I hang out. I am confused that why I cannot launch it normally as before. My laptop is Lenovo T14s with i7-1185G7 and XE graphics card
