Add Uncapped Bitrate Option to TvOS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. High bitrates (over 150mbps) cannot be used on the TvOS app.

Describe the solution you'd like As the apple TV is usually expected to be on a LAN, it would be great to be able to set a higher bitrate than 150mbps as in the desktop client.

IpadOS too please.

I go hardwired via USB C and it seems a shame I cant use more as I do notice a difference between 150mbit and 500mbit on my mac
