Frame dropping on ATB 1625

Describe the bug When I try to stream at 1080p: Bitrate at 10mb: getting 60 fps Bitrate at 20mb: getting 45 fps Bitrate at anything higher: getting around 20 - 35 fps. Obviously, if I put the stream at 2K or 4k, it looks like a slideshow

Steps to reproduce Moving Bitrate from tvOS settings

Device details (please complete the following information)

• iOS/tvOS version: TV OS 17
• Device model: Apple TV HD A1625

Server PC details (please complete the following information)

• OS: [latest windows 11

Additional context Moonlight can stream up to 2K 100mb 60 fps on another pc. Both devices are hard-wired
