No `pi` platform in packaged release

Hello,

Context: I have some graphical anomalies when I use moonlight-embedded with a 1920×1200 resolution (everything works correctly in 1920×1080, ~~I should probably create and other issue for this, but I don't have pictures of it for now~~ see #910).

While trying to debug this I wanted to try different platform but I found out that only mmal (and fake) are compiled in the packaged version, is this normal? What's the expected difference between mmal and pi?

Running moonlight-embedded v2.7.0 on Raspberry Pi OS (Bookworm, 32-bit) on Raspberry Pi Zero 2W.
