Feature Request - Add option to modify the PC connection details

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My computer has two network cards, one connected to my main network (192.168.1.0/24) and the another one in my Ethernet-only subnet (192.168.100.0/24). The Ethernet-only net has the ability to open ports so I can access to Nvidia Shadowplay while traveling, with the drawback of not being able to connect my phone to this network. My main network has WiFi, so I can connect my phone there, but this network doesn't has routing to my Ethernet-Only net. In both cases, I cannot access to my own network by public IP (problem with my ISP), so I need to use private IPs while connected to one of both subnets.

The problem comes when I add my computer in my phone while connecting using my public IP (i.e. outside my house). As the connection comes from my Ethernet-only subnet, Moonlights adds the 192.168.100.x IP as Local IP in the saved connection, but if I connect to the WiFi network, it will not be able to detect my computer and I have to re-add it with the 192.168.1.x IP, but if I re-add it, it'll delete the public IP from the connection details and I'll need to re-add it again when I'm not using my WiFi network.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if we could manually edit the connection details so I can specify both my public IP and my local IP for the computer without needing to re-add it every time I leave my house.

Describe alternatives you've considered Another solution (a little more complex but also more automated) would be saving the known IPs for a specific computer, so when Moonlight tries to connect to the computer, it tries every saved IP sorted by last successful connection.
