Describe the bug

When streaming in a test environment, pixels appear blurry.

Steps to reproduce

Device Samsung S23FE (2340x1080 resolution)

Stream Settings Stream resolution: 4680x2160 Fullscreen mode Maximum bitrate

Windows 11 Settings Windows display settings: 2340x1080

1. Capture the streaming screen on your smartphone.
2. Enlarge the screenshot and compare it to the original image.
3. You should be able to observe that the pixels appear blurry.
