[Feature request]: Add controller only mode (disable audio and video)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

While not related to a problem, it would be a nice feature to have, similar to what Steam Link allows.

Describe the solution you'd like

Similar to normal usage, but the screen is black and no video is shown, but controller inputs are sent (either from the virtual touchpad or a connected controller via bluetooth or USB-C)

Describe alternatives you've considered

While there is alternative software just for this feature, they tend to be clunky or outdated, with tedious setup involved. In moonlight, however, this could be just a toggle since all the controller support is already done.
