Missing Windowed Mode on Android

Describe the bug

When I try to use shortcut from Moonlight PC, it doesn't apply to switch between Full-Screen and Windowed mode.

Steps to reproduce

Click to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+X to switch between Full-Screen or Windowed, it doesn't work. Therefore I have black bars on top and bottom of the screen.
