[Issue]: Mouse cursor display incorrect when rotate screen in windows settings

Describe the bug

I'm using a physical mouse connected the host PC, when i rotate the screen in windows settings, such as 180°, the mouse cursor rotate 180° as well in my monitor, but it dosen't rotate in moonlight-android stream
