[Feature request]: Add display aspect ratio, such as 4:3, 16:9, 21:9

I need to play some older games, which have a resolution of 4:3, but the streaming software only provides a resolution of 16:9 or the phone's native resolution. This has led to an imbalance in the game screen proportions.

I hope to use a 4:3 resolution on streaming devices

Describe alternatives you've considered

There should be two ways to implement this function, one is to adjust the resolution of the computer, and the other is to zoom in and out the display ratio of the phone.I'm not sure if it's possible to consider reducing the screen width displayed on the phone to achieve this function, and it doesn't matter if the left and right black edges are larger.

I have 21:9 phone. Im using 1920x1080 settings within Moonlight but some 1920x1440 or 1600x1200.. would be nice.

And/or additionally giving us the option to custom stretch the image on an android phone to a specific aspectratio. My phone has a display resolution not supported by many monitors, and when I stretch to fully screen UI elements get cropped off. Being able to set a custom stretch to 21:10 would let me get the most of my screen without things being cropped.
