Industrious community supporters: hello, I use HUAWEI smart TV using Moonlight streaming, most of the HUAWEI smart TV use hisi chip (encoder showed: OMX. Hisi. Video. Decoder. The hevc) in the use of wired connection mode, The minimum average decoding time is about 50ms, which seriously affects the experience of playing (RTX witcher3~). However, my TV is usually a chip that can decode 4k HD video smoothly. Could you please consider increasing the decoder optimization and support for hisi chip during the version upgrade and iteration? I believe a lot of Chinese players are using HUAWEI Smart TV（hisi chip）, which would be a great help for us players, thanks a million!!

Huawei v65 second generation,Harmonyos3. Decoding time is about 45ms when selecting HEVC. Could you please optimize it for huawei TV? Thank you!
