Stuttering Gamepad Overlay Input

Additional context Input is only sent when moving (if I don't move my finger when touching, for example the thumbsticks, at all, no input is sent )
The same thing happens to me and I think it's a problem with the latest Moonlight update, I'm not sure. I've done some tests and the temporary solution is to force the app to close, every time you make the first connection the controls work ok, however, when you log out or exit the stream the controls get stuck and stutter again, because I've been able to verify that if I hold down a button on the screen, the button works but flickers in "Windows Game Controllers".
Edit: Alternative solution clean Moonlight for recents. Edit 2: In version 10.7 of Moonlight it works correctly, this problem does not appear. Edit 3: the problem persists... I have no idea, sorry 😭
