@tgmichel I'm seeing those error (spammed) on Moonbeam collator logs. There isn't anything else unfortunately that this line:

panicked at 'Bad input data provided to validate_transaction: Codec error',

I have the same error. I can't send any tx with my Moonbeam full node, but it works fine before today.
