I've set up everything correctly yet nothing happens

I've created the client build correctly but when I run it nothing happens, can anyone give me some advice?

Look this rat works for me on my 2 laptops but what I did is on my controller laptop and my victim laptop on the controller I disabled antivirus Avast? Go to taskbar, right click avast icon, disable protection on everything. No antivirus/windows defender? Hit windows key then type security then go to the settings and you see real time protection turn that off that's how it worked on my controller laptop
