Add file freeze when unplugging USB

Expected behavior

If you unplug your Mooltipass right after you pressed the save button inside the Files TAB Moolticute should cancel the current operation and return a error message.

Actual behavior

If you unplug your Mooltipass right after you pressed the save button the progress bar show's 100% and you can't do anything inside the Files TAB anymore.

Step by step guide to reproduce the problem

1. connect your Mooltipass Mini BLE with USB
2. enter your smartcard and pin
3. upload a file and press save in Moolticute under the Files TAB
4. don't accept the prompt on the Mooltipass and disconnect it from usb
5. Moolticute is stuck at 100% upload and you can't press the "Enter File Management Mode button anymore".

I strongly recommend not disconnecting the USB cables when you're storing data, as you're risking database corruption

That makes sense. But is there any security measure to avoid this? What would happen If the prompt dissapear straight when you discconect your Mooltipass? I mean it is my own fault when I disconnect my Mooltipass during data transfer. But if there is a prompt and I disconnect my Mooltipass I shouldn't be able to accept the prompt anymore to store any file. I think the data is transfered after you accepted the prompt right?
