Consider adding an option to create skins boilerplates

The idea of a boilerplate is similar, and requires more or less the same information. There should be no real challenge to offer either extension files or skin files in the same system.

The twig templates will have to be split out to extension files and skin files, and there will need to be a different form and download operation.
