After 3 years, MoodleBox website needs a complete overhaul.

[x] Migrate layouts, etc. from hugo-moodlebox-theme into this project and drop the theme
[ ] Choose a Hugo theme as inspiration (mobile first)
[ ] Consider changing or removing completely CSS framework for simplification
[ ] Implement the templates
