dashman expects 'sentinel' folder to be present in fixed location when updating

cd sentinel command expects the folder 'sentinel' to be present and causes the error which is not controlled. I guess this happens when sentinel is not installed in $INSTALL_DIR folder, i.e. ~/.dashcore
