[WFRP4e System] Pox symptoms should apply the -10 Fel char

I understand that the Pox symptoms apply a -10 to Fel TESTS, which the system does. However it is counteruntuitive for the player and GM not to see the effect until clicking to roll a test. It should truly apply to Fel characteristic like other conditions or symptoms.
