[Improvement/Option] Move Conditions to Journal Entries

Whenever somebody clicks on the condition in the chat, it displays the condition for everyone. I think having a compendium (journal entries) with the Conditions, so clicking on it would display only for the person wishing to read it would be much preferable.

This would be good for the rest. Instead of displaying things like criticals in the chat, it displays the Item sheet.
