Starter set - Ubersreik map scale vs Foundry Measure Distance

On the Ubersreik map the map scale do not fit with the measure distance tool in foundry. If you use the tool on the map scale in the lower left corner, 400 yards measure to 468 yards (se picture). Is this fixable on the user/GM side ? Starter map scale vd Foundry VTT

If I recall I fiddled with this for a while and it was the closest I could get
