[Core Rulebook] Gaping Chest Wound - broken effect

Gaping Chest Wound tries to access the args.opposedTest while being an Immediate Effect Type. I believe it was intended to be Take Damage.

Right now it's making it impossible to add said critical to an Actor.

I assume you already fixed it or was going to fix it during the refactor, but just in case making this Issue as a reminder ;)
