[WFRP4e System] "Witch!" Talent xp discount

In the "Witch!" talent it says "Add Language (Magick) to any Career you enter; if it is already in your Career, you may purchase the Skill for 5XP fewer per Advance." This discount is not taken into account in XP cost calculations at this time.

Tested on a Witch character.
