[Feature request] Ugly item Flaw

Ugly item Flaw could be at least a little automated in Foundry.

Describe the solution you'd like:

When item with type Clothing and Accessories, Armour or Weapon is Equipped/Worn then all Fel releted test should has option to apply -10 penalty in Test box (like on the screen below)
