[WFRP4e System] Menu bar missing after updating FoundryVTT 11 & WFRP4e

I cannot see the menu bar in top right after fresh install of FoundryVTT & WFRP4e.

It appears for a moment (functional) when the page loads, but then disappears so I have no way of navigating between Actor, Items, Scenes, Journals, Compendiums, Settings, etc.

Cannot use Foundry like this.
