Issue with battlemap with overlays

Hello, I have an interesting use case that I am not sure how to handle. Essentially I am exporting from dungeondraft a multistory building. To get it so that the top level is shown above the bottom level, I have to export it with the bottom level as the source and the top level as the overlay.

The problem with this is then that when it is imported into foundry, all the walls are wrong since it uses the ground level walls. I am not sure how to handle this other than exporting the top level separately with no overlay and copying the walls over.

Thanks

I'm running into this too - looks like the export process in DungeonDraft grabs the walls from the "source level". Unfortunately to get the map to look correct (so you can see the ground) you need to select the ground as the "source level" and the top floor as the "overlay level". :( Unless the VTT file includes the walls from both source and overlay, but the importer only uses the source..?

Anyway you can work around it by exporting from DungeonDraft twice - once with the source as the ground (and the upper story as overlay) and again with the source as the upper floor (and no overlay). Then import both versions into Foundry and replace the image for the map with the correct wall layout with the image from the map that looks right but has the walls/doors from the wrong level. Then delete the map with the bad wall layout. It's kind of a pain, but easier than re-building all the walls and doors from scratch.

Can you share a simple, small file, I will have a look at it, what is in the file.
