setting storage to s3 still uploads image to forge

on v10 chrome and firefox uploading a "dd2vtt" file with storage type "s3" upload path "/maps" correct bucket name and region

notification says uploaded successfully scene is created with background set to correct s3 bucket path

however the image is not on the bucket the image is actually uploaded to the forge server with the upload path specified
