The screen is black all the time

When I turn on the screen all the time is black and I put a url and nothing happen

I have seen that are the shaders but I have see people playing with shaders

It's a bug with some shaders that makes the screen extremely dark. You'll need to enable Dynamic Lighting in your video settings, then hold a torch out in your hand to see.

And is there any option to not have to carry the torch?

Not without switching shaders or turning them off, as far as I know
