H.264 Videos don't seem to work

Tried watching several H.264 HTML-5 videos but none seem to be loading. Sounds like CEF has to be compiled with proprietary codecs enabled for H.264 to work.. Not sure if that's something you can do or not.

This is big because so many things use H.264 that I'm basically restricted to just youtube, and not even live.

Hi, first of all, thank you for this amazing mod! H.264 and HTML5 support would open a lot of new possibilities for your mod. I would really appreciate if you consider working on those features. But nevertheless thank you very much for your previous work!
